Understanding Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Ajeer Clothing, we specialize in manufacturing custom sportswear and apparel designed to meet each client’s unique specifications. As a customized manufacturer, all orders are made-to-order and tailored specifically to the client’s requirements. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

However, we stand by our quality and manufacturing standards. If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we have a structured process to address it.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders

Since all products are custom-made according to client specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect sizes, designs, or colors if they match the specifications approved by the client before production.
Minor variations in color or design placement due to the nature of sublimation, embroidery, or printing.
Change of mind or order modifications after production has started.

Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

2. Reporting Defective or Incorrect Orders

We ensure strict quality control, but if you receive an order with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we offer compensation in the following way:

Compensation for defective goods will be adjusted in your next order.
Clients must report any issues within 3 days of receiving the order.
A clear photo or video proof of the defect is required for evaluation.

What Qualifies as a Defective Order?

We define a manufacturing defect as:

Incorrect printing or embroidery (wrong logo, misplaced design, major misalignment).
Defective stitching (seams opening, improper finishing).
Significant material defects (fabric tears, stains upon arrival).
Incorrect sizes that do not match the approved size chart.

If the order is found to have a valid defect, we will adjust the compensation amount in the next order. Refunds are not provided.

3. Order Approval & Client Responsibility

To ensure a smooth process and avoid disputes, we strongly encourage clients to:

Carefully review and approve design mockups, fabric choices, size charts, and order details before confirming the order.
Order a sample product before placing bulk orders to ensure satisfaction with design, fabric, and fit.
Provide accurate and clear instructions when placing an order.

Ajeer Clothing is not responsible for errors due to incorrect specifications provided by the client.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We start production immediately after order confirmation. Therefore:

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production begins.
If changes are needed, they must be requested before production starts and will be accommodated at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

While we ensure secure packaging and timely dispatch, Ajeer Clothing is not responsible for:

Import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
